We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Cost: £12.95
  • Tracking: Included

2. Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Cost: Free for orders over £50
  • Tracking: Included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every purchase from our collection. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Exception:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Tights unless they are faulty or not as described.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”
  2. Include these details in your email:
    • Order number
    • Item name, size, color and quantity
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you want a refund or exchange
  3. Wait for approval – We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
  4. Package your return securely in the original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation
  5. Ship your return to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

  • Follow the same return process above, clearly stating you wish to exchange
  • Include your preferred replacement details in your email
  • We’ll cover the shipping cost for your replacement item

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • We’ll arrange free return shipping and expedite your replacement or refund
