Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Regat Clothing Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our stylish Caps, Dresses, Pants, Skirts, Sweaters, T-shirts, and Tights. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Tights unless they are faulty or not as described.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  3. Wait for approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  4. Package your return: Once approved, securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  5. Ship your return: Send the package to our returns address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your refund is processed.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color of the same item:

  1. Follow the same return process above, clearly stating you wish to exchange the item.
  2. Include your preferred replacement details in your return request email.
  3. We will ship your replacement item once we receive your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • We will arrange for a free return shipping label and expedite your replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
