Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Regat Clothing Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our stylish Caps, Dresses, Pants, Skirts, Sweaters, T-shirts, and Tights. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]” and include the following information in your email:
- Wait for approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package your return: Once approved, securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship your return: Send the package to our returns address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your refund is processed.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color of the same item:
- Follow the same return process above, clearly stating you wish to exchange the item.
- Include your preferred replacement details in your return request email.
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange for a free return shipping label and expedite your replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
