We source our fashion pieces from ethical manufacturers worldwide, combining quality with affordability. All orders are processed and dispatched from our Portsmouth headquarters.
Currently we focus on standard sizing, but we’re constantly expanding our range. Check our product descriptions for specific sizing details on each item.

Currently we process orders as guest checkouts, but we’re developing an account system for future. You’ll receive email updates with tracking information for every order.

Our Shipping Options at a Glance
Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx with tracking
Free Standard Shipping: For orders over £50, 15-25 days via EMS
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Portsmouth warehouse.
We deliver worldwide to fashion lovers everywhere! (Excluding some remote areas in Asia – please contact us if you’re unsure about your location).
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you can track directly on their websites. For EMS shipments, tracking may be limited.
Our free shipping option uses EMS for cost-effectiveness, which takes slightly longer than our premium courier services. This allows us to keep prices low while still delivering your fashion essentials worldwide.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unworn with original tags attached
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items
Please email [email protected] with your order number and details about the items you wish to return. We’ll provide return instructions and address information.
Currently we process returns with refunds only. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order after receiving your refund.
